Mohammed Siraj Record: The second Test between India and West Indies is being played at the Queen’s Park Oval in Port of Spain. Four days have been completed in this match. On the third day in the match, Indian fast bowler Mohammad Siraj appeared in a very good rhythm. He completed his second 5-wicket haul in Test cricket by dismissing 5 West Indies batsmen in the second innings. With this, he also equaled the 34 year old record.

Before Siraj, in 1989, former Indian captain Kapil Dev became the top bowler to take 5 wickets in Port of Spain. Now Mohammad Siraj has repeated that 35 year old record.

This is Siraj’s first 5 wicket haul against West Indies. He has taken the second 5 wicket haul in his Test career. This is Siraj’s first West Indies tour. Siraj has played 21 Test matches for India so far. While bowling in 39 innings of these matches, he has taken 59 wickets at an average of 30.24.
