1. Don’t compromise on sleep

After working all day, sleep should also be full. It is important for overall health including your mental health. Sleep and mental health are related to each other. If sleep is not complete then problems like mood swings, anger, sadness start to occur. According to the Centers for Disease Control, less than 7 hours of sleep is not good at all for brain health. That’s why keep distance from the screen without getting complete sleep. Make a proper time to sleep and wake up.

2. Make friends with exercise

Whether at home or office… take time out for the right exercise anywhere. Continuous work affects the back, shoulders, waist and neck. In such a situation, friendship with exercise can give relief to the body from pain and cramps. You can make the body relaxed through simple moves. After sitting for an hour, do walk for some time.

3. Minimize phone run

Being engaged in the phone throughout the day also works to increase the mental problem. That’s why only accept very important calls. If you use the phone before sleeping at night, it affects the melatonin hormone, which has a direct connection with sleep. If you start looking at the phone as soon as you wake up in the morning, then it does not result in alertness and mood boosting.

4. It is also important to say no to yourself

If you are feeling overburdened then try to avoid workload. Being mentally tired will not be able to focus on work. In such a situation, it becomes necessary to take care of yourself. To improve mental health, one should also learn to say no. If you feel tired during work, do not take other projects in hand and take a break to relax yourself for some time.

5. Regular breaks are also necessary to keep the mind fresh

Instead of working continuously at one place, their performance is much better, who take a break from work and give time to themselves. This refreshes the mind and new ideas come. That’s why coffee break is necessary after working for some time. Spend some time chatting with colleagues. Many types of problems arise due to the end of communication gap.
