2. Make friends with exercise

In such a situation, friendship with exercise can give relief to the body from pain and cramps. You can make the body relaxed through simple moves. After sitting for an hour, do walk for some time.
3. Minimize phone run

If you use the phone before sleeping at night, it affects the melatonin hormone, which has a direct connection with sleep. If you start looking at the phone as soon as you wake up in the morning, then it does not result in alertness and mood boosting.

To improve mental health, one should also learn to say no. If you feel tired during work, do not take other projects in hand and take a break to relax yourself for some time.
5. Regular breaks are also necessary to keep the mind fresh
Instead of working continuously at one place, their performance is much better, who take a break from work and give time to themselves. This refreshes the mind and new ideas come.
