Shashi Tharoor sarcastically said, “The fault is not in the smaller engine, because a double engine vehicle will not stop only if the smaller engine fails. The bigger engine is most responsible for this.” Here Tharoor has used the small engine for the state and the big engine for the central government.

What did Shashi Tharoor say on the viral video?

Tharoor tweeted, “A vehicle running with a twin engine will not stop only because of the failure of the smaller engine. In Manipur, the heinous incident of parading mothers and sisters naked, gang-raping them happened because of the failure of even the big engine.”
