List Of Temples Across Country Should Be Prepared To Empower And Create A Network Says RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat | Mohan Bhagwat: ‘It is necessary to build a network to increase the power of temples’, said Mohan Bhagwat

ITCX 2023: Sarsanghchalak of Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh Mohan Bhagwat on Saturday (July 23) in Varanasi asked to prepare a list to empower temples across the country so that a network could be formed. He insisted that all the big and small temples should be included in the list. Bhagwat also advised to conduct a survey of all cities and villages to prepare a list of temples.

He was addressing representatives of temples from all over the world in Varanasi. These delegates have come here to participate in the three-day International Temple Convention and Expo (ITCX) 2023. This program has been organized at Rudraksh International Corporation and Convention Center in Varanasi.

Representatives of hundreds of temples participated in the program
During this, Bhagwat said that he is very happy to see the representatives of 700 temples of Sanatan tradition from all over the country and the world here because joining together is the first and it is also important, which increases the strength. He further said, “Now a list of all the temples should be made by conducting a survey of villages and cities across the country and all small and big temples should be included in it.”

Swachh Bharat Abhiyan also appreciated
During this, Bhagwat praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and said that it has had a great impact on temples as well. He said that cleanliness is a very important aspect of temple management as temples are symbols of purity. He said, “Definitely, the Prime Minister’s Swachh Bharat Abhiyan has had a great impact on temples as well, however with the International Temple Conference we want to achieve this on a deeper level in every small or big temple in the world.”

Heads of temples from 32 countries will be involved in the program
The organizer of the program, Girish Kulkarni said that the Chief Executives (CEOs) of 350 temples in 32 countries and India and prominent participants in the management are going to participate in this program. He informed that there will be a total of 16 sessions in this three-day (July 22-24) conference, in which lectures will be held on various topics like security, disaster management, security, fund management, monitoring, medical initiative and langar.
